Abstract

This keynote examines the scale and drivers of illicit financial flows in Uganda, highlighting institutional vulnerabilities, prosecutorial challenges, and the necessity of coordinated, multi-agency enforcement, enhanced forensic capacity, asset tracing and recovery, and strengthened international cooperation to curb money laundering and corruption.
